1. Acceptance and website use

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, misuse forms, upload harmful code or infringe another person’s rights. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the website.

2. Informational content

Website descriptions of services, program concepts, examples, availability and pricing (if shown) are for general information and may change. A project begins only after scope, fees, milestones, responsibilities, IP ownership and other terms are agreed in writing.

3. Intellectual property

Unless specified otherwise, Codix IT brand assets and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or republish substantial site material, use the logo to imply endorsement, or use assets beyond permissions granted by the relevant owner. Third-party assets remain with their owners.

4. Enquiries and submissions

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a client, employment, internship, student or other contractual relationship. The current contact form opens WhatsApp with the details you enter; it does not itself store submissions. You decide whether to send the pre-filled message to WhatsApp. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through a general enquiry.

5. Programs and opportunities

Program and internship opportunities are subject to confirmed details, eligibility, availability, selection and separate terms where applicable. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, placement, employment or any particular result.

6. Third-party services and availability

The site may link to WhatsApp, email, social networks or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Website information is provided on a general informational basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Codix IT is not liable for indirect loss resulting from reliance on general website material or from third-party services. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Project-specific agreements may state different terms.

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Any dispute is subject to applicable laws and competent courts, with the specific position to be confirmed in the relevant client agreement and after legal review.
