4. Portfolio and illustrative concepts

Any card identified as a concept, sample or illustrative project is included to demonstrate a possible design direction and should not be treated as a verified client engagement, testimonial, performance result or case study. Verified portfolio details should be published only when they are accurate and approved for public use.

5. AI and third-party links

AI tools and outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose and should be reviewed by a qualified person before use. Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience; Codix IT does not control their availability, content, privacy practices or terms.

6. No ranking or outcome guarantees

SEO work can improve technical accessibility and content quality, but search engine rankings, traffic, enquiries, sales, AI output quality and business results depend on many factors outside our control. No particular Google ranking or timeframe is guaranteed.

7. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Codix IT disclaims warranties not expressly included in a signed written agreement and is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of general website information. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
