This website is operated under the name Codix IT (“Codix IT”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We provide information about web development, software development, app development, AI chatbot/AI solutions and remote Vibe Coding programs and internship opportunities. Our stated locations are Pune and Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra, India. Website: www.codixit.com.

2. Information this demo collects

The current demo does not send form entries to a Codix IT database. When you fill in the contact form and continue, your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message; you choose whether to send it. You may also contact us directly by email or WhatsApp. We receive information you choose to send through those channels, which may include your name, email, enquiry, project requirements or program/internship interest.

The page stores your dark/light theme choice in your browser’s local storage. The demo does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies and no analytics/pixel integration is included in this ZIP. When hosted, the hosting/CDN provider may process technical request data such as IP address, browser details and access logs for delivery, diagnostics and security. Google Fonts is loaded from Google’s font service, so the browser requests font resources from that third party.

The Internship and Vibe Coding application links open Google Forms hosted by Google. If you choose to complete and submit an application, the information in that form is handled through Google Forms and made available to the form owner; it is not submitted to this website’s contact form or stored by this static website itself. Google’s own privacy terms apply to its services. Please review Google’s Privacy Policy and avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.

3. How we use information

To reply to enquiries and discuss requested services or programs.
To review and respond to messages about projects, careers or internships.
To maintain, protect and troubleshoot the website.
To meet applicable legal requirements and address legitimate security or abuse concerns.

4. Sharing and external services

We do not sell personal information as part of the current demo. Messages sent through WhatsApp, email or social platforms are processed by those service providers under their own terms and privacy notices. Hosting, domain/DNS, security and service providers may process limited information needed to operate the site. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or to protect legal rights and security.

5. Retention and security

We intend to keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Actual retention periods depend on the channel used and the nature of the enquiry. No website can promise absolute security; please do not send passwords, payment-card data, government identity numbers or sensitive personal information through a general enquiry form.

6. Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit an enquiry, use email instead of WhatsApp, or clear local storage in your browser to remove the saved theme preference. For a request about personal information that you have sent to Codix IT, contact codixit.official@gmail.com and describe the request. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law. If you are under 18, seek a parent/guardian’s help before sharing personal details where required by law or program rules.

7. Children and student applications

Our program information may be relevant to students. We do not intend the public website to encourage children to share unnecessary personal data. If application questions, data collection or access permissions change, update the applicable privacy notice, consent flow, retention and access controls to match the actual process and applicable legal requirements.

8. Changes to this policy

We may revise this notice when the website or our practices change. The “Last updated” date will be changed when material revisions are published. The text above describes this included demo and must be updated if analytics, advertising, a CRM, server-side forms, resume uploads or an AI API is added.
